Background

Finance and Human Resources Unit is responsible for overall management of finance and human resources of GAD/C. It renders financial and human resource-related support to each programme unit so that GAD/C as a whole can get their work done. This Unit comprises three sections namely General Administration, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting.

The Administration provideds day-to-day administrative support to all the units as well as to the Executive Director for smooth functioning of GAD/C and implementation of programme activities. This support ranges from the trivial to the comperhensive and is crucial for day-to-day functioning. Support such as all internal and external communication. The Administration liaises with all donors for funding and reporting related affairs as well as corresponding with different programme units for smooth operation of organizational activities. The General Administration is also responsible for carrying out an inventory of fixed assets of GAD/C from time to time. The purpose of which is to keep an up-to-date record of each and every asset of the office for appropriate use.
