and internship programme offers a number of gender trainings, which include:

planned training. Planned training refers to the training for which the
programme follows own course modules. But targeted institutions are consulted
in prior to identify their training needs. Planned trainings are particularly
designed to build gender capacity of government institutions, NGOs, private
sector organizations, network members and youth associations. Government
institutions include Technical Working Group on Gender (TWGG), Provincial
Local Administration Unit (PLAU) of Ministry of Interior (MoI), and Teachers'
Trainers, School Management and Recruitment Committees of Ministry of
Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS).
The training
and internship programme also offers customized training upon requested
by the paid customers. Customized training refers to the training for
which the programme develops tailor-made module to feed the need of the
individual customer. The programme assesses the training need of the customer
prior to design the module. The need assessment guarantees that the training

Gender Awareness

The training and internship unit also offers gender awareness
training specific to different areas or sectors to raise awareness of
gender equality and issues in particular area or sector among the participants.
This training is particularly offered for paid customers, and specific
area or sector for focus is determined as per the requirement of the customers.

sector/area. Training consists of both theory and field visit to provide
quick and hand-on skills to the participants on how to conduct gender
analysis in general and in particular sector in specific.

Training

This training is particularly designed for the trainers of government
ministries, NGOs and civil society organizations. Participants are provided

quick and long-lasting awareness among the participants. This training
also accommodates sessions on how to conduct training need assessment
and pre and post-test among the participants to measure the achievement
of gender knowledge and awareness among the participants at the end of
